She brings to our company innovative and novel ideas from the world of Media for Development. She has excellent research and communication skills.
She will be acting as a bridge between our pool of professional consultants and clients offering cutting edge support to both for the advancement of the company’s mission which is to be a centre of excellence in innovating, research driven development technical solutions.
N & C Consultants Limited is incorporated in Malawi under the Companies Act of 2013. In practice, it is a social enterprise which comes in to bridge the gap for actionable research driven development solutions. While consultancy work is usually deemed as events in phases of an institution or project, N & C Consultants Limited looks at consultancy work as an important process which pervades all phases from conceptualization to completion and beyond. While consultancy work is usually done when hired by an organization, N & C Consultants Limited looks at consultancy work as an on-going process moved by prevailing conditions which need evidence based creative solutions.
As an actor in development, N & C Consultants Limited does not only wait to be engaged to carry out studies; but as a social enterprise it also initiates the identification of challenges and proposing solutions that can be transformed into programmes and projects. The belief is that consultancy work is at the service of the development needs of the society. To this effect, it acts as a Thinktank and implementer of various options for testing. This includes piloting innovative approaches to development before other organizations or governments scale them up. It also deals with all aspects of social development.
